Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Categories of Personal Data Processed
Your personal data may be collected by our Company verbally, in writing, electronically, or physically, through automatic or non-automatic methods, either directly from you or via third parties.

In this context, your personal data may be obtained through application forms, contracts, camera recordings, mobile and web applications, e-mail correspondence, HR and accounting systems, visitor and security records, among others.

As detailed below, we collect your personal data electronically when you register for our mobile application, directly provide it to us to use our application, or while you are using the application.

As Amore Coffees, we process your personal data in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes and on the legal grounds specified below.

We process your personal data when you register for, access, or use our mobile application (for example, our Terms of Use [LINK TO AMORE COFFEES TERMS OF USE]) in cases where it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract directly related to the processing of the personal data of the parties to the contract. Within this scope, we process your information for the following purposes:
* To create a user profile based on your preference within the scope of the mobile application membership process, to enable personalization, provide visual identification, and improve user experience by processing your profile photo, name, surname, date of birth, gender, and social media account information.
* To create a user account, place and track product orders, issue invoices, earn, use and track loyalty card points, improve user experience, deliver campaigns and promotions, present personalized offers, conduct marketing activities, and manage customer relations and satisfaction processes, thereby providing you with a personalized experience in the system by processing your name, surname, date of birth, gender, social media account information, e-mail, and mobile phone number.
* To enable you to benefit from student discounts and campaigns by processing your name, surname, date of birth, mother’s and father’s names, nationality, school information, enrollment date, duration of study, program, faculty information, and class information.
* To send you commercial electronic messages, create a user account, and allow login to your user account by processing your mobile phone number and e-mail address.
In addition, we process all your identity and contact information:
* To fulfill your requests for support and information, to resolve issues when necessary, to provide user support, and to contact you.
KVKK Article 5/c Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.
Location Information, Transaction Security Information
We process your location and transaction security information in cases where it is necessary to achieve our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. We process your personal data for the following purposes:
* To enable you to connect with other users (e.g., through our [AMORE COFFEES SPECIFIC APP FEATURE, OR simply "social features"] feature) and share whether you are active in the mobile application (and other information you choose to share) with other mobile users, to share information showing that you are in the store where you made a purchase, to ensure that the store can track the purchase you made, to display nearby service points, to perform automatic address positioning, to offer location-based campaigns, and to provide our messaging service (if you wish to use this function).
* Our Legitimate Interest: Ensuring order placement and tracking, offering location-based matching and recommendation mechanisms, and enabling the use of the messaging feature within the mobile application.
* To process your transaction date and time, IP address, device information, and log records to ensure your transaction security and to provide proof of consent processes as required by the relevant legislation.
* Our Legitimate Interest: Ensuring transaction security, providing ease of proof in resolving potential disputes, and protecting the integrity of the system.
KVKK Article 5/f Processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Transfer of Your Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data processed within each category may be shared with the recipient groups listed below for the specified purposes, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, while taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, and subject to the exemptions in Article 28/1.

Other Mobile Application Users: Your location data is shared with other mobile application users to enable interaction and visibility within the application.

Our Business Partners: Your location data is shared with our infrastructure and software business partners to list nearby services in the mobile application, to automatically position order points, and to make your location visible to other users at your choice.

Your Rights under the KVKK and Exercising These Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

a) To learn whether your personal data are processed, b) To request information regarding your processed personal data, c) To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose, ç) To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, d) To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, e) To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite being processed in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, f) To request that transactions carried out under (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, g) To object to any outcome against you arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, ğ) To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller, your application as the data subject must include your name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number (for foreign applicants: nationality, passport number or ID number if available), residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification if any, telephone and fax number if any, and information regarding the subject of your request.

Applications submitted to us will be responded to as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of your request. If the evaluation and decision process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall apply.
